Going to be a not-so-fun process re-doing the navigation elements of this website, but we’ll see if I can get something in place that looks good and functions well. So far, I can either make it look good or I can make it function well… it is hard to do both at the same time!
And then there’s deciding how things should be organized, that’s a big task as well.
NOTE: I will leave the flash sidebar in place until I’m done working on the top nav menu, in which case sidebar navigation will be retired.
EDIT: I am liking how the menubar is shaping up… if only I could make the menubar click-operated instead of hover-over-operated.

Give me a hollar if you need any assistance with this Ryan. WP guru here who can help you out to further the amazing stuff you’re doing with Delura!
I may take you up on that offer later; I know that the current layout of the Delura website is going to demand a different setup once production speed can be increased.
Example: My idea of Delura’s website in a well-established, proper-gear environment:
-a 3-column setup for the front page that consists of the blog/news (center), latest Delura Render Comics (Left) and perhaps adspace, video, and/or premium content on the right. The idea is that the front page will always contain fresh content for people to look at.
Obviously, a website reconstruction is a bit of ways off, but I know this current template/setup will not fill our needs forever. In the meantime, if I run into something I need help with I’ll know who to turn to
Something I’d really like to do is figure out how to make the top bar menu set up so that you click to expand sublinks instead of hover-over. My gripe with hover-over expanding links is that…
1) They can get in the way of content
2) For smaller submenus, it is easy to accidentally lose your place in the tree.
3) I imagine for devices without a cursor onscreen, it is difficult to navigate because “tapping” will send you to the top page instead of expanding the menu.
We’d need to writeup some javascript to do the clicks.
